This is a cooperative apartment project with a total of 9 units, comprising 3 floors above ground and 1 basement floor. They are connected via large windows to a terrace dry area with a characteristic shape that takes advantage of the deformed site. All units are corner units with open-plan corner windows.
The different floor plans of all the units - four flats and five maisonette - are designed to accommodate a wide range of lifestyles of the residents.The infill design was meticulously carried out from the floor plan to materials and details to realise the client's wishes from the skeleton frame planning stage.
Unit F is a single floor level dwelling with a terrace on the south-west side. Open corner windows in the living room and bedrooms ensure a connection to the garden and expand the space outward.
